Rigid structure in regard to chemical selection and application. Cook's seems adverse to rotating appilcations.

Pros

Good benefits, excellent training program, ethical company, good work environment, company car.

Cons

Base salary plus commission. Commission is 16% to start, over base salary sold. Tough to sell over in new market and earn commission.

Pros

Stable, growing, customer, as well as employee oriented company. If you are ready to work honestly, hard, smart, and put in the hours, you can make a living. Not going to get rich, but the company is always looking to find ways to keep employees longer. Excellent training program. The best in the industry. Company vehicles, uniforms, matched 401k up to 5% of your income. Health, life, vision, dental insurance available.

Cons

Some of the managers are not the best. The good old boy system still is at work, but seems to be going out. Corporate mentality is slow to change, but what's new about that?
