Pros

Cooper Farms is a family owned company that I have enjoyed working for. They are extremely flexible and family oriented, which isn't like most companies. The people I work with every day promote good culture, making it so easy to come into work every day. I have built so many relationships! I have grown a lot in my career during my time here and that is all due to Cooper Farms belief in promoting from within. I have been given so many opportunities that most companies wouldn't consider giving to someone so new in the company. I have a long path ahead of me in my career and I am excited to stay with Cooper Farms to continue to grow!

Cons

There's always room for improvement here at Cooper Farms, but I strongly believe all team members are on board with the improvements and changes to come!

Great culture and nice people! Nice employee package, paid for access to doctors office for minor health issues.

Cons

Pay is alright. Yearly raises aren’t very good. Gain sharing bonuses are a selling point for potential employees but bonuses are very rare.
