Pros

The team is easy to work with

Cons

Management do not properly delegate work, Unorganized work structure. We have a shoe string budget but they want us to run as if it was 5 star. Everything is patched vs fully repaired or replaced. Management will never take accountability for their failures and will displace it on others. Only time management shown they care is when Regional managers or State officials come in. Your voice is not heard. You are set to work 50 hours a week if management as per the contract however you will work more then 60+ hours. Management not willing to communicate to find a common goal and solution. High turnover due to managers attitude and issues with set employees who the manager feels challenge their authority although its a question.
