Pros

Covera is a company where the mission really drives the work. Everyone here cares deeply about improving quality in radiology which ultimately improves patient outcomes, and that passion comes through in the day-to-day. The culture is collaborative and supportive, and I feel lucky to work with such smart, caring teammates. Expectations are high, but it’s because people genuinely want to do meaningful work and make an impact, which makes the work really rewarding.

Cons

The bar is high, and the pace can feel intense at times. For the right person, it’s energizing and growth-oriented, but it may not be the best fit if you’re looking for a slower paced environment.

Exciting, Fast-Paced, and Meaningful Work

Pros

Covera Health is a true startup environment, which means things move quickly, change often, and require adaptability. The work we’re doing is both exciting and impactful, and you really feel like you’re contributing to something meaningful. The company is highly collaborative - people genuinely support each other - and you’re surrounded by incredibly smart, talented, and hardworking colleagues. If you thrive on being challenged and want to grow alongside a group of sharp and motivated individuals, this is the right place for you.

Cons

Like any startup, the pace can be demanding, and priorities shift as the company evolves. It’s not the right environment for someone looking for a predictable or slow-moving role. You need to be comfortable with change, ambiguity, and the hustle that comes with building something new.

Pros

Take good care of their employees, and despite being virtual they're very responsive and friendly

Cons

Roles tend to cross boundaries and tasks are unstable but that's par for the course in any start-up
