Ruled by Greed

Pros

The best perk of this job is the ability to not have to drive to an office to work on a daily basis.

Cons

While they have loyal employees, they do not give the loyalty back. They will change your title, duties and pay on a whim with no warning and no reason. They fire people without cause. They provide the worst benefits in existence, all at your expense. They frequently require mid-level managers to attend meetings out of state over holidays and take them from their families. The only people that have a chance to excel and be promoted are those that are family, or friends of family. This family-run business is ruled by greedy, selfish men who only look at the money made on the backs of others, without appreciating the effort given by their workers. This company is a revolving door. Stay away. Greed is the only motive. The company sets procedures but doesn't follow them. They make it up as they go, at least on their end. Workers are expected to be "team players," but the team does not include upper management. They have individuals in upper management who shoot moves that come across as sabotage to the company, but yet these individuals continue to be looked at as gods who can do no wrong, while a scapegoat is found to take the blame and lose his or her job.

Pros

Many people have an opportunity to make good money, so it seems. There are a lot of great people working there and it seems like the large shops are very strong.

Cons

Company is very disorganized on many levels. It is very hard to work for a company who pulls their employees in so many different directions. They need to decide what they want to do and do it. The benefits are very poor. There is no loyalty or care about the employees from upper management. There is a revolving door of employees. Employees jobs, hours, AND pay are changed on a whim. Equipment looks great from the outside, but it too is disorganized and not what you really need. AGAIN - - - SMOKE & MIRRORS

Pros

Good pay, simple work environment. weekly pay is also nice. Not a whole lot of oversight, so you can work independently without having multiple people watching you

Cons

They will lay you off if your efficiency is not high enough. Most everything is faxed, except communications with clients. Long hours with no overtime
