Pros

Employee benefits. The company goes above and beyond for employees

Cons

They hire in bulk and lay off in bulk. Management could use a little more scrutiny while making these decisions. Management says that they will try to get the work to fit the person rather than the other way around, but lax attitude towards new hires leaves them with no option but to do the job they were offered or to leave the company

Pros

Cummins Fuel Systems makes a lot of interesting components that are designed and manufactured in house.

Cons

A work environment that sets up engineers for failure. Often development engineers are the only people that fight for product quality. And these engineers get penalized for trying to fight for the quality of their component.

Pros

Great place to work. They are flexible with time off if needed. Knowledge sharing is abundant which is good in such a fast pace environment. If your performance is good you will be rewarded for it. Overall i would say that it is great place to work.

Cons

Just the typical "corporate" things that go with a large company.
