      Safe work environment but not very rewarding

      Pros

      Flexibility in working from home vs office. Fairly safe working environment. Good commitments to diversity and inclusion and environment. Lots of opportunities to get involved in.

      Cons

      Salary is not very competitive, Attrition tends to be relatively high due to approach to pay. Low/ minimal recognition. Job is not very challenging technically but the level of responsibilty placed on indivuals can seem overwhelming.
