      Pros

      I enjoy the client I have been placed with and feel this was a good step in my career. Being able to mentor a team of technicians is a plus. There is a number of industries that are serviced here which allows someone to gain experience with that environment.

      Cons

      Feel that technicians here do not have much room to grow and will only use this place to gain experience and move on. There are those that I have spoken to that are dissatisfied with their status within the company as a result.
