      Cons

      Pay Raises are few and far Merit is a complete joke to constant high performers Bonus structure realigned to pay out less Major Lay offs

      Pros

      Custom Ink will push you to grow if you're ready for the challenge. If you do the leg work and reach out for guidance, you'll receive amazing support and growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Not really a con for me, but Leadership opportunities are no longer filled by Inkers with tenure alone. With the growth of the company comes a new expectation to be ready for change, challenges, and a desire for impact.

      Pros

      The group of people I've come to know and love are some of the best humans I've ever met. We pride ourselves in our values, and recognize those however we can. We all have voices, and it shows how connected we are when our CEO and President come visit locations on a recurring basis.

      Cons

      The company is growing quickly, and it's hard to keep work/life balance sometimes. Priorities and directions change without much notice and at times, can be overwhelming. Our insurance premiums are also pricey when dependents are added into the plan, and some "perks" (animal services while travelling) have been cut without any warning.
