      Pros

      Great benefits, great diversity and WFH options

      Cons

      Working under hourly with the promise of great bonuses but bonus structure makes it almost impossible to consistently receive. Very poor management. Has talkspace for free but more than half the people I knew including myself never got to use it due to "technical issues" that were never able to be resolved. Company is also actively looking to mainly source threw thrid party companies now.

      Excellent time off , benefits and vacation Positive environment while ramping up Work from home

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations and Low pay No real room for improvement, expectation is to go above and beyond for little increases Favoritism and a management team who is on the side lines rather than doing work with you Treated nice during ramp up period but after you get left behind which is highly stressful
