Absolutely pathetic “merit” raises, below inflation. No written incentive program, zero pride in quality of life or opportunity they provide their employees while expecting celebration of providing people “homes”,

Lack of values and toxic culture , unqualified and toxic leadership, commission only position requiring a 40 hour work week plus meetings/calls/showings outside of normal hours required, favoritism, constant pressure threats and fear of corrective action, extreme micromanagement, zero appreciation, demands of job responsibilities bordering or violating real estate laws
