      Worst Company to work, bully, favoritism harrasment

      Ok hours, good benefits, clean bank

      Cons

      CEO smokes and walks inside around and the departments smells, you only move up if you know someone there or smoke with the Executives. Hours are bad to work on weekends being a Credit Union

      Pros

      Mostly friendly and professional staff of coworkers. Mostly young and out-going, so easy to make social connections quickly and have an enjoyable working experience

      Cons

      Meglomaniac disguised as the CEO; high turnover rate. Career advancement based on social factors more so than actual job performance; popularity contest is what comes to mind.

      Good benefits 401k , insurance plans and pension.

      Cons

      poor management skill, very insensitive and immature. Everything is about favoritism, who likes or dislikes you will play a huge roll on how you progress in the company. Unrealistic sales goals.
