Pay was decent with plenty of overtime. Benefits were good to.

Company is slowly shedding employees including myself. I was terminated because I had inquired about matching the pay of a job I interviewed for and was then told I wasn't welcome back for the 2024 season.
DFC Company has awesome people and leadership. Employees seem to truly enjoy their jobs and each other's company which makes the work environment fun to be in. It has been a blast working here!
My list could be lengthy if I wrote about all of the reasons I enjoy my job at DFC Company! The people that work here really make the work environment fun, respectful, and full of learning opportunities. There is no shortage of wisdom and open-mindedness throughout the company as there are employees here who have been here less than a year and plenty who have been here 20+ years. I have loved getting to know everyone and have felt incredibly welcomed and cared for every day. Each position is fast-paced and is full of change to make every day different and challenging! This company on the grow and I would encourage anyone to look at our job openings now and in the future.
