Team is generally supportive and willing to help when needed. Good experience if you want to learn the mortgage side of things and how different departments work together. Keeps you busy, which makes the days go by fast.

Cons

Communication isn’t always consistent across teams, which can make things a little confusing sometimes.

We don’t get off on all national holidays. Leadership can be strict and very distanced from production so they don’t always understand how changes impact the teams workflow.
