Pros

Amazing office, private caffeteria, good workload. People (outside of work) were very nice and friendly. Its in the heart of manchester so commute is easy and stress free.

Cons

Manager didnt have my back, used all critism against me, wasnt constructive, just belittling, some partners were rude and impatient. No training method other than "figure it out like i did". Not only is unpaid overtime encouraged, but i was asked "why didnt you work more overtime?"
