Pros

Backed by parent company DNP Japan, which is a billion dollar company. Smart and dedicated employees. Software for clients is written in Windows .NET and Android/iOS/Linux for embedded systems.

Cons

Since the building is a combination of manufacturing and office space, it is a different environment than a traditional tech company. Workplace has a more traditional office space and isn't like the fun creative space like in Silicon Valley.

Abusive hostile environment. Condescending management. This is acceptable by all upper management because it continues after several people complaining.

Terrible management, they ignore all the problems. Pay increases don't keep up with inflation. No promotion opportunity, high turnover rates and poor morale especially among lower paid workers like warehouse and manufacturing.
