The base pay is in the lower 10 percentile, pretty much across the board (I've had viability to the salary budgets).
Bonuses are low if given at all and even if negotiated higher, is still subjected to the bonus pool at the end of the year, regardless of your performance and outcomes.
Profit sharing is non substantial and used more so as a sales pitch for benefits.
As in any company this size, there are incompetent leaders sprinkled in.
