      I would stay away and find another contractor

      Cons

      - no great pay - they want you to interview for same role same pay after laying you off - they do not recognize your certs nor degrees - Again pay are extremely low - onboarding & off boarding was a mess

      I am sorry you had a bad experience. You were layed off and we offered you the same job at the same pay? This is not the usual but maybe on another contract we would have something similar to offer. It is unfortunate you were affected; perhaps in the future there will be another opportunity for you. We reward regularly for certifications and for degrees. This is handled through our Nectar Recognition program. We are always open to feedback and suggestions.
