- Databricks excels in all 3 P's of work satisfaction; a lot of people are motivated to stay here for the long term - the people at databricks are smart and motivated - fast paced work environment with good managment

Cons

- not really a con, but the company is growing fast and the product is constantly evolving based on customer feedback

Overall, the people here are the smartest I’ve ever worked with. You’re constantly being challenged to rethink a problem and if you see an opportunity, there’s a big chance you can be the one who can fix it. Fun, scrappy place to work.
