- Leadership is passionate and really cares (which is great!), but at times they can get too involved on initiatives, projects or programs, unintentionally slowing them down (e.g. personally approving even small things that are already within defined acceptable guidelines).
- Lack of philosophical alignment. Without a 'north star' to guide, some programs/projects are not as aligned or efficient.
- Work/life balance varies based on the team. I have a good manager and good skip-level manager and do not have challenges in this area, but many do.
