Not too many cons, just that I wasn't lucky enough to start my career at Delta on a team that prioritized collaboration and diverse thinking. The lack of culture on my team stemmed from my manager and their manager. Everyone worked alone, our manager performed 1-on-1 meetings twice a year, it was just unfortunate. Other colleagues who had supportive managers, definitely had better experiences!

Working here has no cons at the moment.
