Pros

Good pay, you can get a bonus if you dedicate your life to the business. Office is alright, bring your own tea bags kind of vibe though. The grad program seems decent but you may get trapped here.

Cons

Very poor with basic disability accommodations. Culture of working overtime with no extra pay, evenings, weekends, lunches etc. Classic bank outdated tech. Insane amount of paperwork just to do a release, some with lead times of multiple days or weeks. The hierarchy is intense, your boss is god, you are a mere code monkey.

Great work life balance Salary Bonus Perks

Cons

Layoffs happening each years. They are trimming head count to save cost.
