      Very transparent on the terms. You'll understand what you're getting into at every stage. They make efforts to place people where they'll beat be suited

      - Great training in Java web apps - Great support system for getting help with training and interview prep - Encouraged to explore and learn to expand your skill set

      Cons

      - After cohort training, it can be confusing to find out what to focus on learning because you'll need to learn different skills as interviews come your way - Benefits package could be very expensive
