They have pretty decent Pay and they do have overtime

Cons

They overwork you. You have to work Saturdays event hough the contract says its M-F If you need to miss work they REQUIRE a doctors note You don''t get vacation time till you work for a year The amount of stress this job puts on your body is not worth the pay I'f you have to take off for any reason you better have a doctors note or you will get a point and if you get enough points you will get fired

The culture at Dexter is extremely welcoming. From Operator to C-Level, everyone is very friendly and always willing to strike up a conversation. It is an organization that values its people and makes it feel like they want you to be part of the team.

decent pay, if you are selected to earn bonus. There is a good chance you won't be, and once you are selected not to receive it, you will never earn a cent of incentive ever.

Cons

Poor, biased supervision. A word of advice, if you are a college student, do not mention this to any supervisors.
