      Pros

      Benefits were good, average pay. the guys on the floor were great guys, we had our ups and downs as crews, but we were definitely a great team. a lot has changed since I've been there hopefully for the better.

      Cons

      Production and QC management was very inexperienced and played major politics to make their paperwork look good for upper management and definitely had their favorites.
