      Pros

      3 weeks starting vacation, 401k matching, good health benefits, casual work environment, student loan repayment, tuition reimbursement

      Cons

      Very little room for growth, nepotism is common, unprofessional work environment at times, poor IT department leads to programs/networks malfunctioning regularly, annual bonus based on arbitrary company wide goals instead of individual performance.

      Pros

      Decent benefits whatever is left that is, good for getting some experience.

      Cons

      No room for growth. If you’re not one of the favorites forget raises or promotions. New CEO has ruined the company culture, downgraded some of the benefits and the new vacation policy.
