      Pros

      I had a great time at Digitas! My client was a bit problematic, but Digitas itself had great transparency, benefits, and growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Because the company is so massive, it can feel like your voice is never heard beyond your immediate team. I would bring complaints to my managers, and they would tell me that they have the same complaints. So it felt like voicing concerns never really went anywhere.

      Pros

      Publicis is a surprisingly well-ran organization for a company of its size. My onboarding process felt very coherent, which speaks volumes since Digitas is one of dozens of companies under the Publicis umbrella

      Cons

      Like many ad agencies, Digitas adopts a hybrid schedule because of RTO mandates from parent company Publicis. If adopted a mandatory 2-3x a week in person schedule does not work for you, you may need to look elsewhere
