Pros
Fantastic team of Ambulance Care Assistants to work with, most of which know their job far better than any of the management.
Cons
You are not just Ambulance Care Assistants, you have to stay at the unit in down time and are expected to deep clean ambulances without suitable training or the correct PPE especially for cleaning up bodily fluids, you also have to clean toilets, kitchen area and garage area. You put a foot out of line and your out of a job, No welfare considerations for staff. Management are not qualified to manage a company like this and it shows in large turn over of staff, unsociable hours without any extra pay and poor rate of pay for the job required.
