      Decent pay. Peers are generally smart and chill

      Management is extremely shorted sighted. They tout that this is a generational company, but day to day it feels like a month to month company. Managers lack empathy, basic interpersonal skills. Extremely transactional and tone deaf. Toxic across the board, I've been on 3 teams in my tenure and wow is it consistently bad! Also can I just say how unfun this place is?
