      Pros

      Great Benefits, Fair compensation, Transparent HR, Very diverse employee group, Friendly office, Subsidized lunch, 100% paid employee benefit program. Nice

      Cons

      Huge Korean management team that changes constantly, re-org and reductions seem to be constant go-to with no rhyme or reason. Uneasy partnership between local and Korean management. Lack of trust, lack of engagement in current US management philosophies, limited career progression available.

      Pros

      The internal structure of this company is not favorable to the average employee. Consider working else where.

      Cons

      There was previously a large number of negative reviews revealing many internal problems inside of Doosan's doors. Some are culture related, some are language related. It is my opinion the the internal management structure should be revamped, including facilty's management. I don't know what happened to those previous reviews which were numerous.
