      The culture here is second to none. Everyone is inclusive and always willing and ready to help out.

      Cons

      Not as many people in the offices post covid.

      Pros

      Great product, leader in the industry. 401k match. Some friendly coworkers.

      Cons

      Duo has slowly but surely lost what made it a great place to work. What once was a place for collaboration and free thinking has been replaced with a "fall in line" type culture. Your thoughts and opinions will not be valued here, as a matter of fact you will be punished for speaking up. Leadership is far and beyond driven by greed and their own career goals to climb the Cisco corporate ladder. Extreme favoritism towards certain sales reps.
