Remote environment, the job can be as stressful as you want it to be. Raises can happen 2-3 times a year rather than just annually.

Cons

Management changes constantly, and so do expectations. Teams always feel like we're still trying to find our footing. There doesn't feel like a natural progression in your career when in this role. You have to take PTO for everything - federal holidays included.
