Growth is notoriously slow in general, but impossible if you work for International. If you're a diverse or bilingual candidate, they will try and persuade you to go work on the International Production side, which is a black hole where careers go to die.
Company has great programs for "Diversity and Inclusion" but when it comes to hiring, promoting, recruiting, etc. we always seem to fall short.
