      Good Company

      Pros

      The company is a good one to work for. They are flexible and accommodating to their employees.

      Cons

      They don't pay as much where I am as I would like, but I believe that's what the schools have agreed to pay.

      Smooth operations, Good service

      Pros

      WillSub+ app works well. Customer service resolved a question cheerfully, quickly, and efficiently. Overall, it has been a good experience.

      Cons

      1. I had to contact HR to have a long-term sub assignment paid at the higher, long-term rate. It appears to have been the result of a simple bookkeeping error. They resolved the matter promptly. 2. Enrollment for "Perks at Work" has not gone smoothly. It has not been a high priority for me, but is a nuisance.
