If you are desperate enough to take a lower than average pay base and willing to be mislead with total compensation and culture then have at it. I’d recommend working at McDonald’s before trusting these clowns.

Great coworkers and environment. Excellent options to work from Home during pandemic.

Cons

Lack of training, Management shows no effort to help employees better themselves in area's people have asked. Left no notice to improve before firing someone a week after the holidays and having them work overtime.
