Pros
Fellow Co-workers, pay for the area, PTO policy, wellness benefit
Cons
BE WARNED ABOUT THE MANAGEMENT: The PIC (partner-in-charge) of the office was the worst supervisor I have ever experienced and was one of the main factors that I left the firm. He is extremely condescending and rude. He will give you a project with little to no information and expect perfection from you. When you need to discuss something with him, it is near impossible to schedule any time to talk, since he is too busy (i.e. his calendar is booked all day a week ahead of time). However, he will then blame you for not meeting with him or emailing him (when he has specifically said don't email him because he gets too many). In addition, he will tell you to do something one way, and when its the wrong way or he made a mistake, he will place the blame solely on you. His criticisms are not productive, but instead said in a way to make you feel like you are incompetent. His leadership affects the morale of the staff members, as most feel the exact same way as stated above. He also doesn't spend the time to look at the workpapers and other items provided to him, and then will berate you for not doing something, even though you in fact did. In addition, the office's staffing levels is not being kept up with the growth and therefore everyone has to work more, negatively affecting work/life balance.
