Pros

Middle management was nice and I adored my coworkers.

Cons

This is not a safe place to work, at all. The higher ups would rather us look good on paper than make a decision that makes even an iota of sense. Upper management often plays favorites and treats the outcasted employees like poop. Doesn’t give their neurodivergent employees the support that they need to succeed. They also need to learn to make decisions that are grounded in reality than they are grounded in idealization.

Pros

Flexibility is awesome. My coworkers and supervisor are amazing.

Cons

Promote people who drive wedges between employees and can't handle their current position. Will ask you to work off the clock to "meet outcomes". Don't seem to understand that 40 hours a week is NOT ENOUGH TIME to complete everything that needs done. Don't have the budget to pay people what they are worth.
