EmberHope is an incredible organization that truly endeavors to make a difference in the lives of the youth and families that we serve. Everyone I've worked with is truly passionate about our mission. Not only that, but the Supervision for Success model allows us to check in and share any comments or concerns we have, and in turn, feel appreciated and heard. I am also grateful for the generous PTO accrual and other great benefits.

Cons

Work/life balance can be difficult, especially in the field of child welfare. Even though my supervisor encourages us to take breaks and asks about our mental health, it can still be taxing at times.
