Pros

Overall, the pros outweigh the cons, especially when all tech companies are going through similar pains today. It is a good place to work, especially if you are someone who can handle shifting priorities and are someone who likes to grind. Pros - Comp: Compensation is decent, great benefits, and there is work-life balance in almost all roles. - Growth: There is good room for career growth, and wins are awarded and recognized. - Products/brand: The products are exciting in the industry, and the brand recognition does a good chunk of the selling. - Talent: You will work with some of the most talented and tenured leaders in the space. If you are an adaptable person who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments- you can be very successful and happy here.

Cons

The cons are common in mid-sized tech companies today, but the few below are glaring opportunities for the company to improve on. Cons - Lack of support: HR and IT aren't setup to help employees, everything feels like a templated response that isn't meant to triage but rather divert. Most conversations are automated to intentionally create less human interaction. - Revolving door: talent is hired and gone quickly, making it nearly impossible to make true progress on any team. - Misaligned leaders: every leader is marching to the beat of their own drum, there is little interest in merging priorities or goals. This creates a backup of priorities for supporting teams, and lack of clarity on what true priorities are for the business. - Company outlook that's always changing: as soon as 1 message or roadmap is developed, its getting redone, creating inconsistencies for reps to pivot in mid-deal/renewal. - Product performance can be up for debate: the products are incredible, but are difficult for organizations to implement and use. This creates tension for post-sales teams to support customers in achieving the outcomes that sales promises, leading to unhappy customers and burnt out reps. If you crave stability and developed processes- you may want to reflect on if this is the right place for you.

Pros

Fantastic culture and people. Great brand identity and recognition. Great comp and benefits.

Cons

6sense has seen some turnover within Executive and Sales Leadership, but they have all been necessary changes to get the company to where it needs to be.

Pros

Remote, product is decent and useful.

Cons

* Little to no direction from management. * Constant pressure with very little coaching. * Expectations seem to change weekly. * New hires are thrown into the deep end and expected to figure everything out on their own. * Managers often appear disconnected from what is actually happening in the field. * Lots of talk about growth, not much planning behind it. * Micromanagement when numbers are down, absence when guidance is needed.
