Pros

interesting space with intriguing concept of predictive technology

Cons

The technology is not ready to scale and hasn't been able to win new customers on a consistent basis. Demand is also lacking. These technology/demand challenges might be acceptable, especially in a start-up environment if all other things were right. However, the company culture has been detrimental to the majority of people's willingness to embrace these challenges and most people seem to be operating out of fear of leadership rather than motivation. It's been my experience that there is a major disconnect between the senior leadership club and everyone else, especially with leaderships constant bantering of how great everything is. Facts speak louder than words so I am just one data point but I would imagine any candidate who does their diligence on the turnover the past 6 months might question why? It feels like most people are being told what to do, rather than inspired to do. Also, the CEO's backhanded response to another HONEST review is a common MO of not letting people have a voice. As far as the CEOs assertion that there are so many other positive reviews, I might suggest there was a specific edict at the company off-site to have executives write reviews.... This is why the majority of them all happening on two specific days vs osmotically over time as you see on most sites.

I'm truly sorry your experience is or was not positive. I strive every day to make this an incredibly special place where people feel loved and heard and work together for a common goal with heart and passion. I appreciate you may not have felt that way, if there is ever anything we can do every 6sensor knows I have a very open door policy. I mean that with all my heart. However a few of your statements are patently untrue. > We did not cancel gym memberships for a juice cleanse. They were about 9 months apart from one another. One day I was ordering a juice cleanse for myself and thought 'how about I offer to any 6sensor that wants to join me.' About 20 of our 40 employees at the time took me up on it, and we got great feedback from those who participated. This was not a “company” mandate - just a fun offering. > We agree we had too few bathrooms and we just put in a new one. It took a bit of time to get through the approvals and construction process – so greatly appreciated. > We also took note of your feedback that the kitchen was dirty and brought in a cleaner more frequently. > Calvin's snacks. This is just silly. Calvin has maybe 2 bags of snacks. The "Passionate Positive FAMILY" (fun, accountability, mindful, integrity, love, and YES) value statement is something we are all incredibly proud of. We created this as a team at the offsite. I intentionally chose to be the scribe and not participate in giving ideas on what our values would be as I wanted them to come from the team. We now strive to emulate them daily, while recognizing someone others for embodying our values. That said, I understand if they don't resonate with everyone. And appreciate and respect your opinion. Happy to chat about it with you to see if perhaps there is a better way to unite on 'who we are' as a team.

Pros

Remote, product is decent and useful.

Cons

* Little to no direction from management. * Constant pressure with very little coaching. * Expectations seem to change weekly. * New hires are thrown into the deep end and expected to figure everything out on their own. * Managers often appear disconnected from what is actually happening in the field. * Lots of talk about growth, not much planning behind it. * Micromanagement when numbers are down, absence when guidance is needed.
