* Little to no direction from management.
* Constant pressure with very little coaching.
* Expectations seem to change weekly.
* New hires are thrown into the deep end and expected to figure everything out on their own.
* Managers often appear disconnected from what is actually happening in the field.
* Lots of talk about growth, not much planning behind it.
* Micromanagement when numbers are down, absence when guidance is needed.
