Pros

Some kind and smart people. Decent product.

Cons

This place the definition of BURNOUT. Our CMO throws a million curve balls, last minute scrambles, nothing ever feels good enough and cross collaboration has been messy for awhile as well. The sales and cs leaders are no better. Nothing is ever good enough and there are last minute asks all the time or being made to feel like more-more-more-more needs to be done when there’s already so much. Our new Chief People Officer has done some things that help with the culture which I’ve appreciated but the leadership overall has been uninspiring. Inspiring does not equal 'you rock go sell more and do more even though we already know you're all so burnt out'. Don’t get me started on slack…the most overwhelming slack culture I’ve ever been part of. I should be able to step away for lunch and not feel like I’ve missed 38 things and am behind. I don’t even have time to be part of what ERGs have survived because I’m so burnt out that I just want to close my computer at the end of the day.

Pros

Fantastic culture and people. Great brand identity and recognition. Great comp and benefits.

Cons

6sense has seen some turnover within Executive and Sales Leadership, but they have all been necessary changes to get the company to where it needs to be.

Pros

Remote, product is decent and useful.

Cons

* Little to no direction from management. * Constant pressure with very little coaching. * Expectations seem to change weekly. * New hires are thrown into the deep end and expected to figure everything out on their own. * Managers often appear disconnected from what is actually happening in the field. * Lots of talk about growth, not much planning behind it. * Micromanagement when numbers are down, absence when guidance is needed.
