Pros

You become friends with your teammates.

Cons

If micromanagement, constantly changing compensation plans and unrealistic quotas are things you enjoy, this is the place for you. I can't stress enough this company does not care about you. If you made it through the layoffs you are being treated poorly, micromanaged, have more and more changing tasks piled on everyday, unrealistic qoatas during this time and being told "you should be thankful you have job". No care or concern about how these times are affecting your family life and the adjustment of working from home. Make your numbers because big brother is watching you in real time.

Pros

Meaningful work helping families navigate senior care.

Cons

Compensation may not always reflect the emotional demands of the role. And emotionally draining conversations every day.
