      Great opportunities for advancement depending on ethical leverage. Great 401 benefits. Great banking , loan, and banking benefits. Not necessarily through the Lionshare Federal credit union which doesn’t offer home loans but through Marketusa federal credit union. Little known to food lion associates but available for all ahold Delhaize’s subsidiaries.

      Pros

      Great schedule, direct supervisors are generally helpful and amiable. Coworkers support one-another.

      Cons

      Upper management is vindictive. HR is on a power trip and self-glorifying. Discipline is erratic and doesn't follow incremental process. Generally toxic. At least 30% of the pee-ons are looking for alternative employment.
