The worst thing they take 25% of your tip! And even if is cash so you have no real idea how much tip your client gave you and all the tip goes to your check and is taxed obviously. Overworked Massages literally back to back Barely time to wash hands Very disorganized They do not appreciates their employes NO benefits They say the pay for downtime, but if there are no massages they send you home, or don't schedule you at all. When your are scheduled you have no downtime unless some client cancels, but even if reception will try to book as many massages. They try to fit 2hrs of massage in 2hrs literally which we all know is impossible example: 1 60min, 1 30min, 1 30min from 1-3pm. They hire people with no former training in massage
