      Employees are not oriented properly President Abusive and Threatens People President Likes To Micro Manage and Says She Can Do It Better President Is Quick to write a person up for a mistake President doesn't take ownership that she might be the problem for the company failing.

      Pros

      I have been able to Work From Home whenever needed even when I was technically full time in office, I have always had easy communication with supervisors and other departments, and the team has always worked well together. Honestly, this is one of the best places I've ever worked.

      Cons

      Training is somewhat lacking considering the very specialized products, but I know that is being worked on. Salary is about 2/3rds of the target considering the background needed to even be trained. That said, it's a solid, stable company with potential for growth, reasonable benefits, a great and very 'human' working environment where your needs matter.
