Most disappointing professional experience of my career. Little to no company culture, minimal onboarding, and only about a week of training before being expected to perform at a high level. Lack of transparency around compensation, benefits, and especially 401(k) matching/contributions. Unrealistic performance milestones and constantly increasing activity requirements that often felt disconnected from market realities. Heavy micromanagement, excessive focus on metrics and activity tracking, and frequent pressure to hit goals that were often outside of a recruiter's control. Leadership communication could be inconsistent, and there was limited investment in employee development and long-term success.
