      Pros

      High salary and benefits, easy to get an annual leave, friendly colleagues. Get more exposure in OTA.

      Cons

      Shifting schedule always changes every month, sometimes the Team Leader isn't really helpful, a lot of of workload (especially during peak season) and somehow labor shortages, so it could be really overwhelmed most of the times.
