Great people and a very supportive team culture. Leadership is approachable and open to new ideas. Lots of opportunities to get involved in community and culture initiatives. Good work-life balance and overall positive environment.

Fast-paced environment, so priorities can shift quickly. Some processes vary between offices and are still being streamlined. Workload heavy at times, especially at month end.

The people I worked with were all amazing. The job itself was not stressful, most times. There was great freedom and work / home life balance if you got work done timely. Direct local management was amazing. Account managers were great to work with. The design role is one of the good ones.

You are mostly invisible to upper management. You can be overloaded at times but much worse for the job employees. Turnover is a concern in most roles. You will work with a lot of new people.
