Communication is open and the environment is extremely collaborative. Yes the company is growing and evolving quickly, which if you have the right expectation going in, allows you to learn a LOT and impact change. It is a fully remote company, but the access via chat and email make it very easy to work with members across different teams. They are re-investing a LOT into improving the product with every release, and it is showing as customers are adopting more of the solutions.

This is a fastly evolving company. Some love that (myself included), some hate it (those who may consider it a con).

Some wonderful people that work at Accounting Seed. The communication from leadership could be better. We recently had a change of CEO which should help hopefully with encouraging a more open, collaboration communication culture and not a top-down approach.

Leadership is not always open and communicative. Product development was not focused on improving report writing but seems to be finally moving in the right direction. This is a lean company -- could be more efficient with a few more people so that current teams are not stretch so thin--especially in Product.
